Professional training, certifications and licenses
51ºÚÁÏ awards credit for and according to current recommendations of the American Council of Education (ACE) and/or approved by the appropriate 51ºÚÁÏ academic department.
The University accepts military training and other evaluated credit in accordance with the ACE guidelines. Students in nursing; justice, law and public safety studies; and aviation may also receive credit for the learning defined by their license, as determined by 51ºÚÁÏ faculty.
Credits awarded for corporate experience or military training is noted on the student's transcript. These credits are not graded, do not apply to the 51ºÚÁÏ GPA, and do not fulfill the residency or entrance requirements for SGPCE programs.
